From our inception in 2000, Phoenix Capital has focused it's primary business purpose within the
real estate investor and broker markets. Meaning, we actively market to the local investor and commercial real estate broker
who is seeking a tailored financing product.
Once our in-depth due diligence and financial analysis has been completed
on the subject propety, the potential loan is brokered and packaged to one of our preferred lenders whether it be conventional
in nature or specialized.
Our lender relationships include; Conventional and/or Commercial Banks (variable and
fixed loan programs), SBA Lenders, Bridge Loans, Probate Financing, Tax Exempt Bond Financing, Private Money, Thrift &
Loans, Hard Money Loans, Wall Street Conduit and Fannie Mae Programs.
Our loans range from $500,000. to $20,000,000.
